Professional OWB pancake holster molds for Kydex/thermoforming. Model-accurate fits by gun (and light when selected) with belt-line friendly footprint. Each pack includes STL files and pilot-hole layout for jig alignment. Options: open-muzzle, FOMI/Safari plates, left/right setups. TrimJigg available on request. STEP/CNC available on request. Recommended printing: PETG or ASA, 0.2–0.4 mm layers, Honeycomb 30–50% or Gyroid 25–40% (gyroid adds machine stress), print flat with minimal supports.
