Split Holster Mold (3D Digital File)
Our most common and popular mold style. The split design uses a halved profile that lets you wrap or fold a single sheet of Kydex around the mold to form a complete, seamless holster shell.

Equipment Required: Designed specifically for vacuum press forming (requires standard Kydex vacuum forming equipment).

Versatility: Build both IWB (Inside the Waistband) and OWB (Outside the Waistband) holsters from a single mold. Fully customizable for your choice of belt clips and mounting hardware.

Open Files: Includes high-resolution STL files. Editable STEP / open CAD files are available upon request.
