The compression mold is designed for Kydex holster makers who want a controlled forming setup with clean definition and consistent results.
Any supported holster mold design can be made into a compression mold version, including standard pistol molds, light-bearing molds, pancake molds, sidecar molds, and other custom setups.
The standard compression mold setup is made for 2mm Kydex. If you use a different Kydex thickness, please mention it before ordering so the mold can be adjusted accordingly.
This option is suitable for makers who prefer press forming instead of vacuum forming, or for users who want more controlled pressure across the full mold surface.
