By purchasing, downloading, receiving, opening, or using any file, design, model, drawing, STEP file, STL file, mold file, or related material provided by Zerohourcarry, the purchaser automatically agrees to the following limited license terms:

1. Limited license only.
   Zerohourcarry grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the purchased files only for the purchaser’s own internal business use.
   
   
2. Permitted use.
   The purchaser may machine, print, test, and use the files and the resulting molds or products for their own business operations.
   
   
3. No resale or sharing of files.
   The purchaser may not sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, gift, forward, upload, publish, share, or otherwise provide any file to any third party, whether in original, modified, converted, derivative, or reverse-engineered form.
   
   
4. No transfer of ownership.
   Purchase of any file does not transfer ownership of the design, the file, or any intellectual property rights. All rights remain exclusively owned by Zerohourcarry.
   
   
5. No sale of machined molds without approval.
   The purchaser may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise distribute machined molds, mold sets, or production tooling made from Zerohourcarry files without Zerohourcarry’s prior written approval.
   
   
6. Single purchaser use only.
   The files are licensed only to the original purchaser. Use by affiliates, partners, contractors, customers, or any third party is prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by Zerohourcarry.
   
   
7. Breach and enforcement.
   Any unauthorized use, copying, sharing, resale, distribution, or exploitation of the files or related molds is a material violation of this license and may result in immediate termination of the license, refusal of future service, and legal action.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, download, open, use, manufacture from, or retain any file or material provided by Zerohourcarry.
